Henderson Realty purchased a relatively nondescript building located in the corner of the Princeton Central Business District. Previous owners had changed the location of the main floor entrance to a side street. In order to make the entrance to the Real estate offices more visible and appealing, Ford 3 designed a classical entrance with flanking curved stairs sheltered by a semicircular roof canopy.
