Ford3 brought life back to a former 1890's Historic Residence lost to a fire. We provided a residence for the University President, offer welcoming and gracious gathering spaces for University events, and provide guest spaces for high level visitors to the University. The design conveyed the historic spirit of the original building, while incorporating it modern amenities, a fire suppression system and ADA accessibility.
