Lawrenceville, NJ
Renovations and Alterations
the french american school
The on-time, September, 2007 completion of the renovation of the Princeton French School ("L'Ecole Francaise de Princeton") in Lawrenceville, NJ, required the attention to the fundamentals by all: The owner, architect (Ford 3), MEP, structural and civil engineers, land use attorneys, and construction manager collaborated efficiently to design, build and win municipal approvals within eight months. (And a trip around the world only takes 80 days!)
The scope of the project included interior and exterior renovations on a major scale. In addition to the planned work, the township required extensive site and environmental management issues that exceeded plan.
The school is now a vibrant, naturally-lit place suited to the small class sizes and personal attention of The Princeton French School. Simple, basic, pleasurable: In a word, "Parfait!"
