With the Springdale Golf Club installed in new expanded quarters, Princeton University converted the venerable Club House into the headquarters for the University Dining Services. In order to be viable financially, an adaptive reuse of a building in such a state of disrepair needs the cooperative efforts of all involved parties. Timely response to queries and collaborative decision making kept the project on schedule and within budget.
