While renovating the staff housing for the private nursing facility the question was asked: can we make the building last for a hundred years? Ford 3 responded by designing with long lasting materials like stainless steel roofing, 3 coat stucco, and meticulous details to ensure the structure will last for many years to come. The interior of the building was reconfigured to crate apartments that better suited current needs while meeting ADA and other applicable regulations. Ford 3 changed the mix from studios to one bedroom apartments while maintaining a number of studios that were fully refurbished.
