MARTHA D'AVILA, AIA
With over 18 years of experience in the field and having practiced in Brazil, Martha brings a unique international perspective to the firm. Martha joined Ford 3 Architects in 2004 after working at Ford Farewell Mills and Gatsch and has contributed her design talents to educational, commercial, institutional and residential projects.
A longtime resident of Princeton, Martha has established connections with people from many walks of life in the Princeton area, from academics at the university, to the YWCA where she volunteered for several years and the soccer club where her daughters play every week. She prides herself on building strong relationships with her clients and for being their advocate on and off the construction site.
Martha's ability to create distinctive personal spaces is achieved by the thoughtful coordination of the architecture and the design of interior. She blends her interpersonal and technical skills with her attention to detail to produce thoughtful designs that are a trademark of Ford 3 Architects.
