New Addition

Nantucket House

The challenge for the Architect designing a house on Nantucket Island is first to satisfy the needs and wishes of the owner and then to gain approval of the HDC (Historic Review Committee).  Borrowing from the Historic “Shingle Style”, the house was elongated on an East West axis making it possible to orient all of the major spaces facing the South view of pond, ocean and light house. The interiors and furniture were selected or designed by the Architect.
