This Yardley, PA residence is located on a sloped site, overlooking the canal. Because the site drops away from the front of the house, Ford 3's addition is suspended over a walk out basement. We worked with the landscape designer to capitalize on the grade changes of the site and create quality exterior spaces out of the voids of the new addition and deck. As a result, the site produces a range of views and experiences, from large vistas to intimate social settings. Utilizing an eclectic style with columns, wrought iron balconies, bluestone patio, and gas lamps, these spaces provide a diverse setting for the owners to live and entertain in.
