TITusville

historic preservation, additions, and renovations

No decision was too small or inconsequential. This Second Empire Victorian house that overlooks the Delaware River was gutted down to the studs and then lovingly restored with modern conveniences. Building performance was maximized with spray foam insulation and high efficiency boilers while creature comforts were addressed with radiant floor heating, period moldings and fixtures, patterned wood floors, and an artist’s loft third floor.
